registration capital of 1.21 million dollars. In March of this year,with permission of board of directors. Hualong has increased its registration capital up to 2.04 million dollars, among which VisionCom System(Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd invests 1.2264 million dollars(accounting for 60%),Wuhu Licheng Investment Co.,Ltd invests 5,378,200 Yuan RMB(accounting for 32%) and Anhui Qingyang Zhongtian Mining Industry Co.,Ltd investors 1,344,300 Yuan RMB(accounting for 8%). The capital of above-mentioned investors has all arrived on time.
The objective of Hualong is 鈥淭echnology oriented, high-quality goods produced鈥?. Hualong aims at producing and selling international -standard calcium products to gain satisfactory economic profit.
The management scope of Hualong is mining, processing and selling of nonmetal 0re.

The main initiator of Hualong Company is VisionCom System (Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd., a company registered in Hong Kong mainly engaging in IT profession and has set up many companies in China, such as Shenzhen and Beijing. The management scope of VisionCom System covers IT, security and defense alarm system and other high technical fields, In 2003 Hualong invested more than 3 million dollars in DiGang Town, Fanchang County of Anhui Province, to construct a rotating kiln cement production line that can yearly produce 800,000 tons of cement. Now the product line has been ignited.
Wuhu Licheng Investment Co., Ltd is a privately operated investment enterprise which was just established not long ago with registration capital of 10,000,000Yuan RMB. It mainly invests in fields of industry, commerce, agriculture, medical treatment and education. Investment in Hualong Calcium Industry Co., Ltd is its first investment after Licheng has registered.
Anhui Qingyang Zhongtian Mining Industry Co., Ltd, privately operated enterprise, is located in Dulong Village, Dingqiao Town, Qingyang County with registration capital of 3,000,000Yuan RMB. It mainly involves in mining calcite and processing and selling of nonmetal ore.


In recent years, iron and steel industry has developed rapidly in China. The steel output of china was 150,866 million tons in 2001 and 181,552 million tons in 2002. It is forecasted that the iron output will be 305 million tons /year in 2010. Therefore, in middle or long term period, iron and steel industry will still be fundamental and pillar industry in our national economy. The development of steel and iron technology in china has entered comprehensively prosperous time, and on whole its production has reached the level of medium developed countries.
As an important supplementary material of metallurgical industry, the output of metallurgic lime should adapt to the increasing demand of steel & iron.
In 2003, output of iron and steel has broken through 200 million tons, which consumes 20 million tons of lime. Among this 200 million tons, lime consumption (including dolomite) for steel-making occupies 13 million tons, for sintering occupies 6.3 million tons, and for other occupies 700,000 tons, which basically satisfies the demand of lime in line with rapid development of iron and steel industry. However, the problem of low proportion of high quality active lime, large number of outsourced lime for sintering and source of high-quality limestone need urgently to be solved.


Project overview
Hualong Company, taking calcium series as its main products, plans to invest 90million Yuan RMB to build two energy-saving lime production lines of mechanical bottle kiln and rotating kiln through two phases of construction. After completion, the annual capacity may reach 600,000 tons. At the first phase, Hualong plans to invest 25 million Yuan RMB to construct an active lime production line that can yearly produces 300,000 tons. By the time that the project has completed, the annual sales volume may reach 70million Yuan RMB. At present the yearly producing 300,000 tons active lime production line has officially gone into production.


Production introduction
The high-quality calcium oxide is mainly used as addition to chemical products and sewage treatment, as well as raw material of light quality calcium carbonate 锛?ox hydrogen calcium and kiln material for metallurgy, steel-making and iron-smelting
.
Main production process
After being transported into the raw material yard, limestone will be grabbed by bucket to the sifting room and then transported by belt fastener to the kiln head wrap glassware where the limestone will be equably layout the material into the kiln. In 桅8.5*22m mechanical bottle kiln, the limestone will pass through 900鈩?haze temperature) high temperature calcinations (from into the kiln to out of kiln needs 50 minutes). The kiln hood gas enters into the cloth screen, then the dedusted exhaust gas will discharge meeting the national environmental standards, and the collecting ash will be transported into the ash storehouse by screw conveyer. After mechanically discharging the kiln bottom will be transported into the impact screen of the crusher by the band conveyer, the material sieved will separately enters the massive ash storehouse and the powdery ash storehouse according to massive and the powdery different product by the elevator. The powdery ash storehouse leaves the ash through electronical subcontract conveyer to the finished-parts storage the packing department.

Since the oxygen-rotating kiln becomes the main method for making steel in various countries, the lime quality has caused general attention.
Because the oxygen-rotating kiln can reduce smelting time ,developed countries start to use active lime between the 50鈥瞫 and the 70鈥瞫. With the development of metallurgy technology after the 80鈥瞫, especially the top 锛哹ottom combined oxygen blown process and secondary steel-making process, the scope of steel that can be smelt expands unceasingly. So good activeness, stable ingredients, low impurity (especially the content of S.P) and appropriate granularity of lime are requested.


The practice of using active lime instead of common lime in steel-making proved the following advantages: reducing oxygen blowing time by 10%; raising the recovery factor of molten steel by-1%; saving the lime consumption by 20%-30%; increasing the amount of used scrap approximately by 2.5%; saving the fluorspar consumption by 25%-30%; greatly entrancing the lining life of the rotating kiln, enhancing the effect of desulphurization, dephosphorization; enhancing the hit ratio of steel-making temperature from original 60% to 75%; making the automatic control possible in steel-making process and so on.


The variety and quality requirement of metallurgy lime

In the metallurgy of ferrous metals, steel-making and agglutinating consumes the most part of metallurgy lime, the other small part is used in hot metal pretreatment, secondary steel-making process, water treatment and so on. Making steel requires most strictly for the lime quality. In recent years, quick lime has taken the place of seed limestone in the high alkalinity agglomerate production. This method is applied to strengthen agglutination and enhance the agglomerate output and improve quality.Various iron and steel enterprises have concrete specifications about technology to lime quality according to usage requirement .
鈥淢etallurgy Lime鈥? contains ordinary metallurgy lime, magnesia metallurgy lime, the passivation lime, light burned dolomite and so on. The passivation lime can enhance intensity and maintain high activeness. The light burned dolomite is used to enhance the alkalinity of dregs and service life of rotating kiln lining, and it is developed quickly. At present, about half of steel mills in China have adopted this technology.
