【用 途】 薄荷含有大量薄荷醇，是口香糖，牙膏和冰淇淋里的常见成分。此外，锰，铁，镁，钙，叶酸，钾，铜也是薄荷的首要成分。除了这些矿物质和营养素以外，它还含有omega-3脂肪酸，维生素A和C。薄荷油是用整棵植物蒸馏萃取获得，这种精油有多种不同用途。
